He is at present working as Superintending Engineer, Pune Irrigation Project Circle, Pune Water Resources Department Govt. of Maharashtra. He has taken over as the Chairman of the Pune Local Centre.

Er. VD Pandarkar, MIE, Hon. Jt. Secretary
Mr. V.D. Pandarkar is working at Assistant Engineer in Maharashtra State Irrigation Deptt. He has vast Experience of planning, design and construction of various irrigation projects since 1984. He was actively involved in design and water planning studies of irrigation projects in Krishan basin. Now he is working on planning and construction of minor irrigation works in Pune district. He started his association with the Institution as Student Member. He was Committee Member & Jt. Hon. Secretary of Pune Technician Chapter. He organized various activities such as lectures, seminars, refreshers courses and technical tours etc. during his tenure with PTC. Passed B.E. Civil in 1983 in First Class with distinction and stood 5 th in the University. Worked with M/s. B.G. Shirke & Company as a Design Engineer from 1983 to 1987; worked on several prestigious project such as high rise building, long span structures etc. In 1987 he started his own firm as a structural consultants. He passed M.E. with 1 st Class in 1998 from College of Engineering, Pune. He has worked with many reputed Architectural Firms and specialized consultants in various fields. He specialized in the design of High – rise Building, Industrial Structures, I.T. Buildings and many other types of Residential and Commercial Structures in India and Abroad. Prof.(Dr.) DJ Doke is DEE from CWIT, BE from COEP, M.Tech from IIT, Kharagpur, Ph.D. from IIT, Bombay, Fellow of IE, Member IEEE, Life Member of ISTE, Chairman PES/IAS Chapter of IEEE, Bombay Section. He is worked as Dean, University of Pune, principal of COEP & PVG’s COET, member of statutory bodies of different Universities and member of Governing Bodies of different Educational Institutions. He taught & guided UG, PG, Ph.D students for 45 Years. Over 30 research publications, traveled all over the World and attended large number of conferences. Recipient of Bharat Vikas, Outstanding Wadian, Outstanding Teacher, Visveswarayya Gold Medal Awards. He was earlier LMC Member for 6 Years and Jt. Secretary for 2 Years of Pune Local Centre. Registered Valuers, Insurance Surveyors, Competent Person & Panel Arbitrators. Associated with IE (I) since 1989, was Hon. Secretary (1993-95) of Ahmednagar Local Centre, Hon. Prof. GS Mundada has done M.E. in Industrial Electronics Engg. At present he is Asstt. Professor
at Pune Institute of Computer Technology. He is Chairman, Board of Studies, Electronics Engg of University of Pune. He is active member of the center. He has received first prize in Professional category in Essay Competition on Safety held by Pune Local Centre in 2003.
